Well first it is too easy to go Anathma. All you have to do is fuck up once and BAM! Anathma. I always thought that Lawful Evil's followed the law only when someone was around to enforce it and would use the laws to help themselves if they saw someone else break the law.(ie. Black mail) Why would a war master get rid of good warrior just because he attacked in town? You think that he would punish you in other ways before you would get anathmaed. The war master would want to keep you and over look the occurance as long as it did not happen too frequently. He really does not like the law he is just scared of the punishment that could come from it. Well all in all i think that it is too easy to get anathma.
Secondly, the best power that the empire sects get are all at the 45th rank. This puts them at a serious disadvantage because this would be like giving Battle the skill of Truesight at rank 45. Which now that i think about it that would be cool.(hehe)
