If you don't see the potential power of playing a Conjurer, then I suggest you try playing another class instead. It wasn't designed to be played by everyone; I expected slightly fewer people than play necromancers to play them (after the initial "what can they do" surge of players).

You have to be a thinking player to play a conjurer well.
