> why can't you conjure up anything more powerful than a mage with 650hp? I thought the mana you put in the more powerful a creature you could get? Is there a limit? Conjuring is iffy. It's really a gamble. You put mana into a spell, and its a 50/50 chance you get either a mob that's stronger (blazing archon instead of a luminous archon) or a mob that lasts longer (a luminous that stays even after the conjuring spell has expired). I don't think there is a cap, because there are demons that I haven't summoned yet. I don't exactly have all the mana my predecessors were using (Praetyl, 1400 mana). Either way, to get results, I've heard less is more. So instead of putting towards all my mana, I'll use 600 mana and get mobs that conjure razor-edged half the time. It's fuckin' screwy and hard to explain and hard to figure out (see Scarabaeus, lol). You just have to make one and play it for a while.
