The problem you're having with Sylvan isn't
a result of the Master Powers. If anything,
it's because Sylvan is on an upswing, Empire
is currently weak, and there's really nobody
else to oppose them. Sylvan is a cabal with
strong pk powers, but is restricted in who
they can kill, so is it really any surprise
that they're going to use any excuse they can
to kill someone?
This, however, is not a problem with Masters,
or their powers, but with Sylvan, if anything,
and so is more or less irrelevant in a
discussion of the Master Powers, and the
strength of the cabal now as opposed to (X
amount of time ago).
