I agree with you on all points except the Master/Sylvan is still a big problem.
if One master is a defiler then all are, the Master's may have given up this war but the Sylvan sure as hell didn't. they sit at the Large crossroads and wait fro masters to raid Battle as they always did.. that's not changed. Sylvan as of now are nothing but bloodthirsty pkers, that kill anyone...
I've had a character that has never defiled and works with a master that has never defiled and they get attack by sylvans on a daily basis on the fact that the friend is a master.
