You are correct, it was told to me IC, sort of. However, it bears mentioning such as other posts in this forum such as Rad's Shrine disappearing, better pk and defense techniques. The same could be said for all above (finding out "in game"), but, as this is the forum for it, I posted it. It is a mystery, yes, but a game secret? No.
