Out of all the skills that I have seen fail after they are perfected strangle is the absolute WORST. I mean damn, It work 1 out of 7 times in a pk at 100%. I think this really needs to be looked into.

What's REALLY bad is a perfected bind. I swear you cannot tell the difference between a 75% bind and 100%. 'cept choke seems to be very effective, I got choked by Trell everytime he did it on me.(N/T) (: Kingsley :) 16:09:02 2/7/2000 (0)
