Arbiters return when we want them to, not the Immortals. Granted the Immortals have to agree but it is our job to do what we can. That means if you want to influence the way things are, get off your asses and start looking for *coughs* others interested in seeing the law return. If you were an Arbiter you know it isn't easy, if you haven't been one, don't flame it because I am not sure most of you would be up to the challenge. Kudos to the Imms, Arbiter and others alike. I despise some of you, but you have my respect for the work you've done. Rank and Roll those Lawfuls, good, neutral and evil....!!!!!!!!
