Thieves are city THIEVES not city warriors. They steal stuff, they aren't meant to fight like they do now even. rangers are forest warriors, meant to be able to at least hold their own in the woods, and put up a decent fight in the cities. Give rangers 'steal' and we'll start making comparisons.
