Why does spellbane stop iceneedles?:

I was just thinking, frostshield does not stop iceneedles, which means iceneedles are not cold magic, but are instead physical. If they are physical, why should spellbane stop them? Same with pebble to boulder too? It's just a big rock coming at the rager. It's not a spell coming at the rager.

Has this been brought up? Is there an answser or should it be changed? I was very surprised when the rager spellbaned my iceneedles. I don't think it makes sense.
