What is considered an easy Necro race? You would think the Dark-Elf would have an advantage since he/she will learn faster than the other available races. Therefore, you will perfect spells quicker. Am I wrong to assume this? Also, doesn't a high dex still help you avoid being hit even if you don't have dodge as a skill?
