I think empire citizen should be like dawn just because of what they believe in and all should have the title. As for the other cabals, I think there should be a choice. Upon induction the question of "Do you wish to bear our mark?" be asked. Because being in a cabal with a title makes you into a target. Just ask any arbiter.

Entropy wouldn't give a hoot or if they did it would be done in a way that would be unique to the individual. (Shadow if they do exist obviously wouldn't be included in this subject) However I can see no good reason most of the others are not showing off their true colors for all to know and see. If you want realism People mark themselve off all the time. Certain clubs have ties and jacket that only members can get. People tend to try to make there mark, look at gangs, skinheads, KKK, Military, bumper stickers, rainbow colition, green peace, School jackets, the list goes on and on. Well it's just an idea, tell me why you hate it or like it.
