There are three cabals with auto-titling:
1) Dawnies. They need to be titled because they are supposed to help those in need. The needy will want to be able to quickly identify Dawnies and know who to ask.
2) Arbies. If a crime is committed, the victim needs to know -immediately- if there is an Arbiter in Thera, and get them the case ASAP. also, if someone witnesses a crime, it would be nice if they knew who to report it to.
3) Scarabs. For reasons that should become clear if you read their philosophy, they have nothing to hide, and should -want- to be titled.
I would only suggest adding Empire, for the reasons given.

Upon induction the question of "Do you wish to bear our mark?" be asked. Because being in a cabal with a title makes you into a target. Just ask any arbiter.

If you want realism People mark themselve off all the time. Certain clubs have ties and jacket that only members can get. People tend to try to make there mark, look at gangs, skinheads, KKK, Military, bumper stickers, rainbow colition, green peace, School jackets, the list goes on and on. Well it's just an idea, tell me why you hate it or like it.
