Newbies have the mistaken impression that arbiters are there to protect them in protected areas. It is what will paste the cabal black forever. For some the reality eventually sets in that the LAW has nothing to do with JUSTICE, and treat arbiters like they'd treat any self serving cabal or group. There are, however some who have played the game for three years or more and just don't get this simple fact. They rant, froth at the mouth, and then go take it out on newbies in Market Square. And to tell you the truth, I haven't noticed your arch enemies, the barons since "she runs with sissors" was a mortal.
