I fully prepare lich is still a force, yes it can be wounded with wrath, but it will take more than just that. With wrath doing damage however, it will make a lich a little easier to kill with groups. A Paladin alone is still meat because a lich just needs to sleep him.

A very dedicated Paladin might get something that can help him kill a Lich. But sadly, myself included, nobody has been able to role-play a paladin with the dedication and substance needed to be especially blessed by the Gods.
