I serously doubt that 50% of the player base is empowered characters. And I am only talking about empowered characters. All i want is a clear answer... A ROLEplaying answer to if your role is good enough for the desired position. I guess denying is a little far.
1. Immortal follows you and checks you out for a while.
2. Immortal decides that you are not anywhere near good enough to become empowered.
3. You go to his shrine and pray.
4. Immortal Smites you and tells you that if you ever come close to his shrine that you will be killed on site unless you change 'X'.
4. Again... i don't see anything wrong with this.
