Its not the responsibility of the Immortals to tell you how to PLAY YOUR ROLE. Its your responsibility. Roleplaying requires some creativity, combine that within the bounds of your chosen role and religion, apply that knowledge to your roleplaying, and Empowerment/Tattoo's shouldn't be any problem at all. Empowerment takes time and dedication. If you fail to know about either of those, you shouldn't be playing an empowered character.
