I know this can be somewhat justified where the law itself is
concerned.

This is a general question, and not necessarily directed at Etherian.
When is it permissible to disregard alignment. Here's an example of
a paladin and a necromancer in the same group. As a priest, I could
see this being much more difficult with certain gods (this isn't
knowing who empowered Etherian, and not as difficult outside the empowerment
classes. Any ideas?
