I've seen enough Arbiters abuse powers ie. Thalantyr's guards autoassisting on Asihara, and flagging of innocents ie. Zimriphel getting flagged for doing something he obviously did not do, that I've got a very negative opinion of all Arbiters. I enjoyed the game immensely when there was no Arbiter cabal. If you can play one that proves to be a successful character I'll be surprised, impressed too I suppose.
