Airform, yeah they are annoying, but that is about it. Most classes can defeat them. Water is ok...but has limits. Defensive forms are the nicest I think.

Well what do you want? The rather mindless actions of a bear form (yes I'm speaking of the old druid form because it's the best example)
or would you prefer there be some strategy involved in using your form? The only offensive form that is relatively useless in my mind is
the ram.

> Arcane: I would take away all forms for them. They be pure magic. Duo...yes....keep hold the same. It is too dam powerful otherwise. Maybe if you improve its chance of hitting, give it a random ass duration. Like 1-5 hours, the lower ones being more comman. That way, they muter never really knows how long the target is out for. I would give them back their sprays those for offensive powers. Their offensive powers needs to come from magic. Sprays were pretty damn cool in my option. Not over powered. The duration of their spells should be doubled also. Change duo so they can where.

Let's see.. take away forms and make no real changes to hold. How is an arcane muter supposed to kill ANYTHING? Without a minor form, my
last transmuter would have had a bitch of a time trying to re-equip. To your notion of keeping hold the same.. when was the last time
you played an arcane? At 100%, I had less than a 10% success rate. I'd much rather have forms and halt, and other people would to. So,
you would effectively kill the arcane part of the class.

But then you say bring back the sprays? Why not bring back gate and charm? The arcane's shifting ability is all about magic. I prefer the
transmuter class on the whole much more now than I did back then.

> Shifters: I would give them a medium forms in their major. I would lower shapeshift to 20 and they get their first form at about 20-25. Medium at 26-34, second medium at 35-40, and major at 41-45. First of all, it is kinda lame to wait till level 50 to get your offensive form and to have it get wailed on by warriors. And second, a conjurer gets a pretty powerful ass pet at level 20. Most elementals could be the hell out of all the minor forms. All their spells they get can only be cast on them though. No more hasting or slowing your group. Only arcanes can do that. A fair trade off for more forms. Also, make the forms kinda stay with the same theme. I do not like how if you get wolf...you get a ram. I think you focus on a certain animal group. I.E. cat. Start with a little kitten then cat then panther, next big ass sharp fanged tiger of doom. Something like that.

I would agree that SOME transmuters get their major form late. You solution is interesting, but it doesn't solve the problem
of getting beat on by the warrior class. Does a new set of medium ranged forms do this?

> Anyways my thoughts...it is a ruff idea and all the powers are quickly thought up. Basically my idea is arcanes need to be magic focus. Shifters should be pure form in one animal class.

Basically your suggestion is to bring back the transmuters before the changes. In my eyes, that's taking a step back, and CF is much more
about innovation.

Just my thoughts.
