Now shifters: Now an offensive form does get beat down by warriors, which is ok, in a group they do ok. When muters first came out the idea was since they waited so long to get their form, it should be more powerful than a warrior class. Of course, this idea is fine in theory but it does not work on cf. With all these perma-groups and stuff, it is easy for someone to rank any class. Thus you had all the muters. Now, muters have been weakened from when they first came out and it really isn't worth wiating till level 49 to get a form. By having medium forms, it would balance the playing field at all ranks which is what really is needed. The idea of mages being super powerful at higher ranks and warriors being powerful at lower ranks does not work on cf.
