As I understand tech of wielding (I might be wrong though) :
You can wield certain (overall) weight using one or two hands.
(one big heave sword with weight 40 or 2 swords 30+10 for example)
General rule : If you are trying to dualwield something in most situations your second weapon should be 75% less weight then first.
It is not always true with very light weapons (certain whips,daggers etc) less then 5 I think.
Specialization allows you to dual wield weapons of same weight of your spec. kind.
(For example sword spec guy can wield and dual wield 2 jewelled broadswors.)

Still you could not exceed your overall weight value for your str.
IF somebody does not know for giants use of 2handed weapons requires only one hand(non polearm/staff/spear of cause).

P.S. Making arial mace spec just to check is marasm.
