In the flow of the game, what happened was this, I got wanted awhile back for attacking the warrior guild guard to get at Gharik, by Everntien I believe. The Sylvan mandate of "erradication" of duergars is pretty straight forward. So thats what I was out to accomplish regardless of the laws. The Arbiters have since used my flag on more than a few occasions to justify flagging other Warders. On the whole, you're right, Warders shouldn't really give a damn, and we don't, about whether we're flagged or not. The problem arises when Arbiters start showing up at the Tower with guards and attacking non-criminal Warders. At that point they're becoming a hindrance to our goals, through the actual attacks, and to a lesser degree in placing the unjust flags perpetuating the problem. So while Warders don't give a damn about being wanted or not being wanted, we do take action against those who would cause problems for us in protecting the wild or accomplishing our mandate.
