Its names like "Merlin" and "Newton" that are really horrible in a roleplaying MUD. I mean, imagine Merlin in CF. Supposedly Merlin is a great and powerful mage, but on CF he's be an Apprentice of Magic, dying to animated wooden soldiers and the like. Newton.. How do you roleplay a scientist, matehemtician, and physicist in a world of magic?
