You see, the difference here is that Dioxide has gone through the trouble of making this web site. He owns it. He -lets- you use it, provided you agree to a few nifty rules. If you do not adhere to those rules, he is not required to -let- you use his Forum.

You can, of course, go and make your own Forum, and do what the hell you want there. Feel free to "excercise" that option.
