Uh, no, it's not, and what's more, even if you could do that all the time, phylacteries and such are far, far more complex than that, from what I've heard. Spheremaker knows his shit when it comes to this, so uh I think just maybe I'd defer to him here.

Yes, definitely. Give Paladins/Good-aligns something, but not a transformation into Saints/Angels/whateverthefuck.
