I would have also gotten rid of High Arcanus and placed Jorin in the seat. He was kicking ass a lot during that time and showed 20 times more than Nulivos. You could have groomed him for Emperor. At the very least, see how he is doing as High Arcanus. You are right about past Emperors, 90% of them just screwed Empire. THose that started wars and just quit were worthless assholes. I think they were thinking more of their sylvan characters. I would one day like to see one that thinks of Empire. Picks a new Emperor to replace him before he quits. Has a strong council, etc. You could have done that if you played a little longer as a mortal. Not sure if you had a choice, but if I did have one, I would have waited.

I think of all the past Emperor's, Genofen was proably the best. He was very proactive in keeping a strong council. Not sure I liked the way he went out. If he would have hand picked a new Emperor, Empire would not have gotten wiped out when Ag got his ass kicked by the High Arcanus. Which is the real reason Empire got wiped out, not that SECs were helping eachother that much. The fact that divine and arcana fought is proof there.
