Easiest way to make Empire more powerful would be to force the sects to work together, a warrior with imperial training, black shroud(not much knowledge in this power, perhaps only be able to sanc others) and haste would be quite nasty, too bad the sects dont work together. Think that warrior would be able to fight even a rager one on one, perhaps even win. And ofcourse, we could see a few of them good old Imperial GangBangs.
