Well, as for the first part. Umm, since you are communicating telepathically I suppose, wouldn't it make sense you could also pass emotions to others as well?

As for the second part, well, I agree with you here. Don't know about Arbiters being the most powerful orginazation but about the respect thing, yes. It would be nice if Immortals kept an eye out for this and occasionally allowed heros to slay lowbies that did this. I don't know how hard it would be to code to be able to put someone not close to your rank in your pk range for a brief second but if the Imm's just let heros slay a few disrespectful newbies, all the others would prolly take a hint.
