The other day my group and I, An Arbiter, was attacked by special guards at the stern guard. I was unaware that they were agro, as I had never been near the Arbiter Cabal without a wanted flag or as a arbiter. I got a warning for taking people inside the Hall from an Elder. Bogus.
I mean, I just dragged my group along, thinking they would stop at the stern guard, as they would at all other cabals, but ho no. This sould be changed, at least so that the outer guardians are the same at all places.
Concerning the retrivel of the equation. It is legal for Entropy, and ONLY Entropy. Anyone else attacking the guard will get wanted. You can call it an agreement between Bria and Pico.
