As long as special guards attack you while you're just standing at the stern guard I'm going to be placing flags for entering the Hall, even just to the stern guard.

If it gets changed, fine, but until that time the flag will get placed.

As far as applicants go, I've made them wanted for entering to the Stern Guard before, and will likely end up doing it again.
