I remember when they tried to implement it. No offence, but I think they forgot that current characters had a great deal of hours on them. I logged on with my Justice (with a whopping 650 hours), and found myself to be a walking corpse. The second age ended when the spheres of influence were coded and implemented. Basically, whenever major, heavy duty changes are made to the game, there is a new age. Whenever minor changes are made (new race, class, area, skills, etc.), there is a reboot.
