There are no overpowered class/race/cabal, only liches. Anyone can kill any other person, if he gets prepared, as for ragers, easy to kill, get yourself some stoneskin, shields, and other stuff, and the ragers will die. The isue is that ragers do not need to get prepared, they are always prepared. and in low ranks they will always kick the mage's ass, and its companions also.

To rager, maybe taking away power is not the answer, better keep watch and pull him out of battle when they do one single mistake.
