If you remember, Takashimi had a rule that you had to be level 25 before you could be inducted. So I spent 1-25 not being able to see invisible. I was killed a whole bunch of times by groups of invisible people ganging me, or just two vs. one, and of course I did not have resist or spellbane or deathblow or any of that. That accounted for about three con.

Then, once I was a rager, I lost three con retrieving (or trying to retrieve) when the head was with the masters or the empire. So, obviously, that is again without powers.

The other times I think it is important to note that a race/cass/cabal combo can be "overpowered" and still have someone die plenty *IF* that person decides to play recklessly, etc. Once I was a rager, I pretty much killed most everyone I tried to, or even didnt mean to (because of bloodthirst). After a time, people would avoid me. Eventually, I became hunted by gangs of three, four and five. (Once it was seven.) Often I would see the group forming, or be in the area, and no matter how overpowered the combo was I knew it was likely I'd die. But the character, and myself, wasn't about staying alive or having lovely equ, so I would just say fuck it and fight and die.

If I had wanted to live I could have simply not stuck around for fights with each posse, or not walked up and attacked a group.

Lastly, you mention how mages and such dont have bash protection. That doesn't really matter. We're not talking about how many I killed, but how many I died. I didn't die to mages. I died to warriors/assassins/thieves/shamans who would group up and kill me. Bashing an assassin who is backed up by a warrior who disarms or whirls or whatever and by a thief who is tripping me (no fly, remember?) is not the best course of action.

Oh, and again, I'm not tooting my horn on how good I was. It wasn't hard to be a killer with Trell. That was sorta the point. But lets not say that my deleting with a 13 (just died and dropped from 14 to 13) con is evidence that the combo was not overpowered. It may or may not be, but that isn't evidence of it, given the reckless abandon and uber-group killing that caused the loss of con.

> Well, since you don't seem to care to elaborate, I will. An old quote here from a past post by you:
> Anyway, I said it before and I'll say it again, rager berserkers are over powered.

> I know you had 30 or so deaths left in you, so fair enough, I was a bit off with my initial heading... My point was, that I find it quite funny, that you can claim that rager berserkers are overpowered after losing a third of your con at 30!? where they are supposedly the strongest in comparison to mages. No bash protection should make mages pretty easy to kill, and a duergar warrior doesn't exactly have a bad range.
