Ok. Changing JUST ethos doesn't automatically hurt anyone. Ever. Now that isn't to say that a Paladin (for instance) who finds a magic box that makes him chaotic isn't going to get fully screwed with by the Imms (I'd hope he did, anyways).

All classes get smacked by changing alignment.
