The double block of defenders, does the defender have to be fighting the person whose attacks he's blocking or does his groupmate just need to be? If he needs to be in the fight as well doesn't this promote gang-banging?

Can any class be any type of battle rager? Can a warrior be a scout and so on?

Which would be the best choice for somebody new to battleragers and concerned about a greater level of honor than most battleragers adhere to, though not necessarily Balgrimnr honor?
