Suppose you witness someone doing something like you described. For example, my Imperial witnesses a Paladin sanc'ing and healing a duergar. My Imperial can't really justify going to Shokai and telling him IC or Zulg and telling him IC, but OOC you really want to report something like this.

Should you:

1. Just let it go, and think the Paladin got lucky an Imm wasn't watching?

2. Send an email OOC to some Imm reporting it?

3. Write an ingame note OOC or IC reporting it?

I guess what I'm asking is, does an OOC report to an Immortal re: break of character or abuse as you described cover you?
