1) Given all the info in the sidebar, you are being somewhat lazy.

2) Duergar have four classes available. I haven't seen many duergar thieves around. The other three seem to do fine.

3) As for warriors, duergar have above-average str, dex, and con. They can do well with most anything, though staff/spear seems to be too much on the finesse side, and I would choose another race for playing a dagger spec.
