If I'm level 10 and not empowered yet with 20 hours under my belt already of waiting, praying, roleplaying, practicing, etc., I'm not going to log in at just any time to pray. I'm going to log in when I know my deity is on so I can hurry up and get empowered. Every empowerment character I've had has been empowered before level 10, and the ones that go into the 11-15 range don't get empowered (in fact, don't even talk to a god) and delete.

Maybe that was pointless, but oh well
