The reason that the IMMs don't do this is because if some people knew when a certain IMM would be on, they could put forth an effort towards roleplaying only during those times. Or just log in only at those times. Also, it could create a feeling that the IMM "should" be on during those times, instead of showing up when their schedule best permits. They don't get paid, and shouldn't be held to a clock. So long as they are contributing to CF, they are doing their job.

If an IMM wants people to know when they usually play, they are welcome to post it here. But it shouldn't be mandatory.

As far as empowerment, you can be empowered by other IMMs of sufficient rank who observe your prayers. Post a note to your IMM as well if you are seeking empowerment. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: It's not that hard. It's a challenge, but no harder than getting into a "tougher" cabal.
