The Enforcer broke his the laws of the city when he killed the poster. Yes, the immortal controlling the Enforcer was trying to increase the awareness of roleplaying within the city. Though harsh, I could understand him killing the other two mortals for attacking battlement guards. However, he went out of bounds when he killed the lowbie for an insult. If it were some high ranking thug the immortal controlled, I would have no problem with this.

Anyways, I say the Enforcer needs to get booted for these actions.
