I think that the Enforcer has her own set of Laws seperate from Arbiter and Empire. She agrees with Arbiters and will attack wanted people & the Slayer, but naturally is offended if someone comes along killing her battlement guards. To put it a different way, imagine if someone came along and killed an Arbiter's special guards for fun. They might just be provoked to attack. The Enforcer sees her guards being slaughtered. What would you do?

That would be attacking in town (generally not to get into if thaey were out of town) so the Enforcer would have a reason to kill but is the Enforcer following Arbiter Laws ... if not he had no reason ... but it all comes down to my question above(n/t) Nobody 04:02:50 5/5/2000 (0)
