If one joins a cabal it should be because the believe in the cabal NOT just because they are doing so to gain those extra powers. If one gives up something in the way of thier skills that means they believe in the cause. That would help role play. Also the extra skills I suggest would come later in life when one has lived long enough to learn and live them. They would gain them through having survived on thier own long enough to learn them. Like one who lives on the streets learns things cops and "civillians" never know about. I can tell your a cabal lacky but those are my reasons.
