A svirf and gnome could do it, but I think the offspring would be one or the other.
Arials are human like, so they can mix with elves and humans. Heh, an arial-elf could have fly, quiet movement, and inf. Be hurt by lightning, iron, buffet, water. That would suck for them.
The giants? Do not think they could breed with anyone but another giant. Could play around with the alignments though. A storm-fire giant could be either good or evil and have cloud giant type stats.
Not sure about a felar, would have to be sick to do it with a cat as a human. Even if you did do it, could either race get pregeant from the other? I guesss since it is a game, yes.
