Kicking people out for stupid shit. I mean this last one was stupid. Using the crutch, help cabal. Funny thing is, Empire is about order, yet he kicks people out for some stupid random shit.

Next, he hasn't picked a new council member in about 3 months. The last laws says that the council will interpet and execute the laws. He needs to pick a frickin council and let them run the fricking cabal. Empire was designed that way. If they fail, you punish them. Do not keep them around for 2 or 3 months like he did with High Arcanus and War Master. If they stop showing, have weak donations, low members, you get rid of them.

He is not giving Empire a chance.
