If the imms were to incorparate this it would be to fiddlely, I would expect or at least hope that they would expect us to use our imagination for things like posters and that. And as for quests being secret... sure some should be unknown and they should be the ones that you stumble upon like in the keep but for this one I believe it would be well known enough through out the region that is all. And as I said below I believe it is a good starter quest and shows the workings of such a quest. I think the imms would be silly to take it out just because it is becoming well known.
