Something I think should be an added empire power, tell me what you think.

Mark of citizenship - When a person is bloodoathed they recieve a tattoo that marks them a bloodoath, which players and centurions use to recoginize them. When the become a full blown member their tattoo changes abit, to say the codex. Maybe give it one weak power?
