Ok, according to Dioxide's page 17 WIS gives you 3 pracs. How does this work with bard? I think it gives 2 prac and one rehearse. Anyone know for sure? Also, for elves, training wisdom beyond 17 seems pointless becuase one can never get to 4 pracs. But maybe is different wiht rehearse?
