Apparently, you either did not read my post or you are just full of shit. Your hand to hand did not go from 1% to 10% unless it was a character you played over 6 months ago (changed since then). Also, if it was over six months and you did have a 10% in hand to hand, you were not hitting any harder than you were at 1% (at least not significantly).
