Spell % with bind didnt seem to make much of a difference.
Same with familiar, and dismiss.
Flash blinds more often when you master it.

Then again, I was a master with both chars so I kinda
went spam happy.

If there is any mage class that can get away without
spamming spells. Conjurer would be the one
